Shipping your order correctly and efficiently is a top priority for us! Please read our shipping information and terms carefully before you place your order.

  • In an effort to serve our customers most efficiently, once your order is placed, it is sent to our Order Fulfillment Center at the top of every hour.

USPS Priority Mail (US Only)

  • Available to all 50 US states, APO, and PO boxes.

  • Please note, this method could take 1 additional day at our fulfillment center to be picked up by the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Please keep in mind that the USPS delivery time is an estimate, and once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot control delivery delays.

FedEx Ground Service (US and Canada)

  • Delivery: 1-7 business days per the shipping map.
  • Available to all 50 US states.
  • A street address is required.
  • Complete tracking and estimated delivery times.

  • Times shown represent business days.
  • Rural addresses add one day to the time listed on the map.

FedEx International Economy

  • Delivery time: typically 2 to 5 business days.
  • Duties and tariffs are not calculated or collected by Apologia.
  • Once an international shipment is received by a third party, Apologia is no longer responsible for the safety or efficiency at which the order shipment is delivered.

FedEx International Priority

  • Delivery time: typically 1 to 3 business days.
  • Duties and tariffs are not calculated or collected by Apologia.
  • Once an international shipment is received by a third party, Apologia is no longer responsible for the safety or efficiency at which the order shipment is delivered.

Cancellations

Before completing online checkout, please check your order for accuracy. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you, but orders that have been sent to our outside fulfillment center cannot be changed or canceled. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur an $18 fee.

Returns

Apologia strives to make the product return process an easy and smooth experience for you. We have created a form with step-by-step instructions. Please complete and submit this form and print a copy to include in your return package.

Where to Ship

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address within 60 days of purchase in resalable condition.

How to Ship

  • We recommend returning materials via UPS or FedEx as they automatically provide tracking numbers and up to $100 insurance against loss or damage.
  • However, you choose to ship, please have the package properly insured against loss or damage based on the value of your shipment.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the shipper.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Pack it Carefully!

  • Please ship the materials in a sturdy box with adequate padding.
  • Please include a printed copy of this completed returns form. There is a print button at the end of the form.
  • Items damaged due to insufficient packing will not be accepted for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened CDs/DVDs/Thumb Drives
  • Solutions Manual with shrink wrap opened/removed
  • ALL Lab Equipment

* To receive a full refund on bundled sets, all items must be returned unopened. If only some of the products are returned the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly and the discount will be forfeited.

** Retailers/Distributors and Schools must secure prior authorization for returns from our Returns Representative.
