The mission of Apologia Educational Ministries is to publish curriculum and resources and provide services that help homeschooling students, and families learn, live, and defend the Christian faith. We often state this briefly as follows:

STEWARDSHIP, in which we acknowledge God as the owner of Apologia, understanding that He has entrusted us with the talents and resources to manage and multiply the business and ministry in a profitable manner for His glory. And we rely on Him for the results.
Biblical Principles and Godly Wisdom in all of life, business, ministry, and decision-making processes with a desire to bring glory to God.
Prayer is an important and effective part of our corporate culture and in seeking God’s direction and intervention in our family, business, and ministry.
Open and Honest Communication in all working relationships, practicing the highest ethical standards, with the desire to listen well and seek understanding while instilling an atmosphere of trust, accountability, and integrity.
Trust, in that we want to be reliable, honest, and sincere with our attitudes, words, and actions towards team members, vendors, and customers.
Generosity, wherein we work with our local, national, and global communities by supporting home education, missionary efforts, and other worthy causes with our time, finances, and resources.
QUALITY, in regard to the content, design, materials, and workmanship of everything we publish. We will choose quality over any other competing development or production issue, such as the cost or the time to complete a project.
Teamwork, knowing that every person working for Apologia is made in the image of God and yet is unique with a different combination of skills, strengths, personalities, backgrounds, and life circumstances. REST, wherein we remember the Sabbath and keep it holy by stepping away from work on the weekends, not sending emails on Sunday, and enjoying time with family for a week during the July 4th and Thanksgiving holidays and for two consecutive weeks during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
