We invite future scientists, grades K-12th, to enter Apologia’s homeschool science fair. Students will present their completed science fair projects in a short video and submit for our judges to review. Winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be selected in four grade-level categories – lower elementary (K-2nd), upper elementary (3rd-6th), middle school (7th-8th), and high school (9th-12th).
All video submissions must be received by April 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

Absolutely–you can submit your science fair video anytime before the deadline of April 30 at 11:59 PM EST.
On the entry form, there is a question that asks if you will grant Apologia permission to share your video. You do not have to grant sharing permission in order to enter the science fair. However, we would love to share clips of the science fair entries received with the homeschool community through our social media channels.
Yes! We welcome entries from homeschooled students around the globe.
Yes, groups of up to 5 may work together on a single video submission. If a group is selected as a winner, one trophy/medal will be sent to the group. Each group participant will receive a t-shirt and certificate.
We highly recommend that your science fair project be unique and not one included in an Apologia textbook.
