With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Gerri spent nine years teaching in the public school system. She was later promoted to stay-at-home mother of four wonderful children. Not planning to homeschool for the duration, one year turned into 18 active years of the homeschool lifestyle.

After years of using and recomending Apologia’s textbooks, joining our team was a natural transition. Gerri is now also the Senior Curriculum Consultant and thoroughly enjoys encouraging homeschooling parents.

In her free time, you’ll find Gerri gardening, crocheting, reading, journaling. and spending time with her five precious grandchildren.
