Kathryn (Bell) Gomes, M.Ed. is the author of Apologia’s Exploring Creation with Mathematics series, a nationwide speaker, and a veteran math teacher. As a former homeschooler she is committed to equipping homeschool families to navigate the challenges of learning math with confidence. Kathryn holds degrees in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pennsylvania. She has two decades of experience teaching math to homeschoolers, as well as a background in inner-city and multicultural classrooms. Known for her fun, practical tips, Kathryn equips parents to make math both rigorous and rewarding at home.
