Military, Missionary, and Minister Discounts

Apologia is proud to offer a 40% discount to those who serve in the military, on the mission field, and as full-time ministers. It is a privilege to support homeschoolers worldwide on a mission to learn, live, and defend the Christian faith.

What’s Changed?

  • If your application is approved for the 40% discount, you will receive a promo code.
  • The promo code is valid for one-time use by December 31, 2025.
  • Promo codes apply only to your dependents in your immediate family within a household.
  • A maximum of up to $1,000 order after discount will be allowed.
  • All orders must be placed on apologia.com with the promo code provided. Promo codes cannot be used for phone orders.
  • The discount will now also be applicable for select digital products, including:
    • Self-Paced Courses
    • AutoGrade+
    • MP3 Audiobooks
    • Streaming Video Lessons and Experiments

Discount Requirements

Military Requirements

  • Must be active U.S. military or a disabled U.S. veteran.
  • Active duty military members must provide their military email address (Ex. yourname@us.af.mil).
  • Disabled veterans will be required to provide a copy of a benefits summary letter from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with all personal information redacted.
  • NOTE: Please refrain from uploading images of your military identification, as this would violate US military law.

Missionary and Minister Requirements

  • Corroboration from your organization that can verify that you are currently serving in a full-time capacity.
  • Contact information from your sending organization or church.

Discount Terms

  • All application approvals are valid for one calendar year. After one year, you must reapply.
  • Discount applies only to your dependents in your immediate family within a household.
  • Promo codes must be used one-time at apologia.com with a maximum of up to $1,000 order after discount.
  • Promo codes cannot be used for phone orders.
  • If you have previously been approved for a discount or are a returning Apologia customer, please include your Customer ID number in your online application.
  • The 40% discount is calculated off the regular price of products and cannot be combined with any other offer, including online sales.
  • Exclusions apply – see the list below.
  • We reserve the right to change our military, missionary, and minister discount programs at any time without prior notification.
