Shipping your order correctly and efficiently is a top priority for us! Please read our shipping information and terms carefully before placing your order.

Only shipping methods applicable to your order and shipping address will be listed during checkout
Order processing can take up to 2 business days, but during our busy back-to-school season, there could be delays due to the increased volume of orders
Average delivery time is based on information provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Shipping map transit estimates do NOT include order processing time

In most cases, FedEx is faster and more reliable than USPS

FedEx Ground Service (All 50 U.S. states and Canada)

Delivery estimate: 7-10 days (includes order processing time)
Please note that a street address is required and that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

USPS Priority Mail (All 50 U.S. states, APO addresses, and PO boxes)

Delivery estimate: 7-10 days (includes order processing and additional pickup time by U.S. Postal Service)

Delivery time: average time is 14-21 days; however, some locations can take up to 28 to 42 days (includes order processing and additional USPS pick up time).

What should I do if I enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address?

We’re happy to assist you with your order and certainly understand that mistakes can happen. Please contact us immediately once you realize that you have entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We may be able to correct it before the order ships.

Please note that browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari can automatically input or autocorrect an address at Checkout. We ask that you carefully review your order and make appropriate changes before submitting payment.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships, the customer is responsible for the additional reshipment cost.

Once your order is returned to our warehouse due to an insufficient address, we will process the return and refund your order (minus the shipping cost). You can then place another order on our website with the correct shipping address.

Cancellations

Before completing online checkout, please check your order for accuracy. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you, but orders sent to our fulfillment center cannot be changed or canceled.

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and will incur an $18 fee.

Returns

Apologia strives to make the product return process as easy and smooth as possible for you. We have created a return form with step-by-step instructions.

Please submit the return form and print a copy to include in your return package.

Where to Ship

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address within 60 days of purchase in resalable condition.

How to Ship

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
We recommend returning materials via UPS or FedEx as they automatically provide tracking numbers and up to $100 insurance against loss or damage
If you use another carrier, please have the package properly insured against loss or damage based on the value of your shipment
Any claims for lost or damaged return packages are the customer’s responsibility
