Apologia Shipping Information

Shipping your order correctly and efficiently is a top priority for us! Please read our shipping information and terms carefully before placing your order.

  • Only shipping methods applicable to your order and shipping address will be listed during checkout
  • Order processing can take up to 2 business days, but during our busy back-to-school season, there could be delays due to the increased volume of orders
  • Average delivery time is based on information provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Shipping map transit estimates do NOT include order processing time
  • Your order will ship from our fulfillment center in Newton, NH 03858
  • In most cases, FedEx is faster and more reliable than USPS

Shipping Services

FedEx Ground Service (All 50 U.S. states and Canada)

  • Delivery estimate: 7-10 days (includes order processing time)
  • Please note that a street address is required and that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. View the FedEx Ground Shipping Map to estimate transit time (use zip code 03858)
  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery time is an estimate, and once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot control delivery delays

USPS Priority Mail (All 50 U.S. states, APO addresses, and PO boxes)

  • Delivery estimate: 7-10 days (includes order processing and additional pickup time by U.S. Postal Service)
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking. View the USPS Priority Shipping Map for estimated transit time (use zip code 03858)
  • USPS delivery time is an estimate, and once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot control delivery delays

USPS Ground Advantage (All 50 U.S. states and PO boxes)

  • Delivery estimate: 7-14 days (includes order processing and additional pickup time by U.S. Postal Service)
  • Alaska and Hawaii customers–delivery estimate: 21 days

FedEx International Economy

  • Delivery time: typically 7-14 days (includes order processing time)
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking

  • Customers are responsible for inputting their correct country address format
  • Once an international shipment is received by a third party, Apologia is no longer responsible for the safety or efficiency at which the order shipment is delivered

  • Duties and tariffs are not calculated or collected by Apologia
  • Once an international shipment is received by a third party, Apologia is no longer responsible for the safety or efficiency at which the order shipment is delivered

Cancellations

Before completing online checkout, please check your order for accuracy. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you, but orders that have been sent to our outside fulfillment center cannot be changed or canceled. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur an $18 fee.

Returns

Apologia strives to make the product return process as easy and smooth as possible for you. We have created a return form with step-by-step instructions.

Please submit the return form and print a copy to include in your return package.

Where to Ship

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address within 60 days of purchase in resalable condition.

How to Ship

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend returning materials via UPS or FedEx as they automatically provide tracking numbers and up to $100 insurance against loss or damage.
  • If you use another carrier, please have the package properly insured against loss or damage based on the value of your shipment.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged return packages are the customer’s responsibility.

Pack it Carefully

  • Please ship the materials in a sturdy box with adequate padding.
  • Please include a printed copy of this completed returns form. There is a print button at the end of the form.
  • Items damaged due to insufficient packing will not be accepted for return.

  • Audiobooks
  • Opened CDs/DVDs/Thumb Drives
  • Solutions Manual with shrink wrap opened/removed
  • Course Guide and Answer Key with shrink wrap opened/removed
  • Kaplan Coloring Book
  • ALL Lab Equipment

Retailers/Distributors and Schools must secure prior authorization for returns from our Returns Representative.
