Semester 1: Who Is My Neighbor? And Why Does He Need Me?

During the first half of the class, students will cultivate a Christlike servant attitude while learning that God created each of us to be a blessing to the world and that He chooses to work through His people. Some of the topics we will explore include:

  • God’s design for human relationships
  • How He can use a humble heart
  • Loving your friends and family—and your enemies
  • The deadly sin of envy and how to defeat it
  • God’s plan for marriage and families
  • The responsibility of governments, leaders, and citizens
  • Finding your role in God’s family

Semester 2: What On Earth Can I Do?

During the second half of the class, we will focus on what the Lord expects of a “good and faithful servant.” Some of the topics we will explore include:

  • Using your talents and abilities for God’s glory
  • Storing up treasure in heaven
  • Using your time and money wisely
  • Becoming faithful and trustworthy
  • Caring for the Earth according to God’s design
  • How Christ will reward those who have been faithful

We will also explore the parables of Christ and what they teach us about stewardship.

Recorded Classes

All classes are video recorded and available for students to watch later so they don’t miss any instruction.
