Apologia 250 Years Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Apologia 250 Years Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Apologia Educational Ministries (“Sponsor”), located at 1106 Meridian Plaza, Suite 220, Anderson, IN 46016. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote it.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter by submitting their name and email address via the entry form located at https://www.apologia.com/250-years/
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses or identities may be disqualified.
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will occur on or about June 16, 2026.
Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apologia.com/privacy-policy/
By entering this Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Participants may opt out at any time.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries or communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
12. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to marketing@apologia.com within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
