  • What is Missouri's MOScholars Program?

    The Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program (MOScholars) provides scholarships to eligible Missouri students to help cover approved educational expenses. The program is administered through certified Educational Assistance Organizations (EAOs) and allows qualifying families to customize their child’s education with approved educational resources and services.

  • Who Qualifies?

    Students may qualify for MOScholars if they are Missouri residents and meet one of the state’s eligibility requirements.

    Generally, students qualify if they:

    • Have a current Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Individual Service Plan (ISP), or
    • Meet household income requirements and satisfy additional program eligibility criteria established by the state.
