  • Parent’s name
  • Student’s name
  • Address
  • Phone #
  • The exact products you want to order
• If you have multiple students, they will need their own invoice so please list each item(s) under the appropriate student.
• Once Angela receives your email, she will send you an official Arkansas Class Wallet invoice to submit (this will include tax and shipping).
• Please note that Arkansas has not permitted the purchase of any lab items at this time.
