Description
In Apologia’s Live Physical Science class, students will begin to understand the wonders of creation by learning about chemistry, physics, earth science, and biology.
Prerequisites: 7th-Grade Math (See Details)
Course Credit: One Middle School Science Credit

Students may sign up for any of the following class times:

- Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST (Blythe)

- Exploring Creation with Physical Science, 4th Edition Textbook (releasing Spring 2024)
- Exploring Creation with Physical Science, 4th Edition Student Notebook (releasing Spring 2024)
- Exploring Creation with Physical Science, 4th Edition Course Guide & Answer Key (releasing Spring 2024)
- Lab materials—a supply list can be found in the textbook. These include everyday household items or supplies that can be easily purchased at a local superstore or hardware store.

Course Specifics
This course prepares students for the rigors of high school biology, chemistry, and physics. Students are guided through the steps of writing a formal scientific lab report using the MLA format, a skill that will benefit them for years to come.
There are many opportunities for hands-on experiments, and several will be demonstrated and discussed during live classes.
Recorded Classes
All classes are video recorded and available for students to watch later so they don’t miss any instruction.
